Washington – John Doe has been diagnosed to be a cellphone addict, and will soon be receiving therapy to help overcome this terrible problem.
“It was as if his eyes were glued to that tiny screen,” his mother told our reporters, wiping her eyes with a handkerchief. “I’m quite sure he has forgotten what his family looks like because he never looked away from that blasted phone!”
Several strong men were called in to hold John down and pull his phone away. John shrieked and kicked throughout.
After this was done, our reporters attempted to have a chat with John.
“I need my phone. Give me my phone. I need my phone,” was the only response they received to their questions, as John stared with blank, dull eyes.
“This is a serious mental disease that is quickly spreading across the world, particularly in people under 30,” A qualified doctor reports. “It needs to be handled carefully at a licensed institute, which is where John will be going now.”
Doctors have advised the public to keep a close watch on friends or family that spend a lot of time on their cellphones, as there is always a possibility that they are suffering from this mental issue and require treatment.
